Yoga to the Rescue
Gnarly knees? Hissy hips? Seething shoulders? Back bent out of shape? This is the class for you, whether you’re an experienced yogi or have never set foot on a mat before. Harness the power of Anusara yoga’s Universal Principles of Alignment™ and find some freedom from everyday wear and tear or assistance in healing from injury. Let Jane know ahead of time about where your body talks to you and she’ll make sure you stay safe as you build resilience and strength. This class is appropriate for moms-to-be, people “graduating” from physical therapy, active seniors, and anyone that’s ever wanted to try yoga but was afraid to “om”.
